3. USER ACCOUNTS

5. AI-POWERED FEATURES AND GENERATED CONTENT

Certain Services may include:

  • and AI-generated outputs.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies,

  • outputs may vary between users,

  • generated outputs may be incomplete or imperfect,

  • and AI systems may occasionally produce unexpected results.

AI-generated outputs are provided:

  • for informational purposes only,

  • and without guarantees of accuracy, performance, or business outcomes.

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • evaluating outputs,

  • making business decisions,

  • implementing recommendations,

  • and verifying generated information.

We disclaim all liability arising from:

  • reliance on AI-generated content,

  • strategic decisions,

  • business losses,

  • inaccurate outputs,

  • or generated recommendations.

We reserve the right to:

  • monitor interactions,

  • store prompts and responses,

  • improve AI systems,

  • conduct analytics,

  • and modify AI-powered features at any time.

6. PURCHASES, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors including:

  • Stripe

  • PayPal

By purchasing products or Services, you agree:

  • to provide accurate payment information,

  • to authorize charges,

  • and to pay all applicable fees and taxes.

We reserve the right to:

  • refuse transactions,

  • cancel orders,

    in cases involving suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks, unauthorized activity, or policy violations.

Prices may change at any time without notice.

7. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the digital, educational, downloadable, and immediately accessible nature of the Services and products, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.

By purchasing any product, workshop, subscription, AI-generated output, educational material, consultation, or digital resource, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • no refunds will be issued,

  • no partial refunds will be provided,

  • no chargebacks are permitted,

  • and dissatisfaction does not entitle users to reimbursement.

This policy applies to:

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership rights to users.

Users receive only limited usage rights expressly granted under these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

10. RESTRICTIONS ON USE

Users agree not to:

  • reproduce platform content,

  • redistribute products,

  • scrape website data,

  • reverse engineer systems,

  • bypass access restrictions,

  • interfere with security,

  • upload malicious code,

  • use automated extraction systems,

  • misuse AI systems,

  • train competing AI models,

  • impersonate others,

  • or engage in unlawful conduct.

Unauthorized use may result in:

  • termination,

  • revoked access,

  • legal action,

  • monetary damages,

  • and injunctive relief.

11. USER SUBMISSIONS AND UPLOADED CONTENT

Users may upload or submit:

  • forms,

  • responses,

  • prompts,

  • questionnaires,

  • comments,

  • or related materials.

Users represent and warrant that:

  • they own or have rights to submitted content,

  • submissions do not violate laws or third-party rights,

  • and uploads do not contain malicious code.

We reserve the right to:

  • review submissions,

  • remove content,

  • restrict access,

  • preserve records,

  • or cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.

12. WORKSHOPS, CONSULTATIONS, AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES

The Services may include:

  • consultations,

  • educational sessions,

  • and training experiences.

These experiences are educational in nature and do not guarantee:

  • business outcomes,

  • revenue growth,

  • strategic success,

  • legal compliance,

  • or financial results.

We reserve the right to:

  • substitute instructors,

  • cancel sessions,

  • restrict attendance,

  • or revoke access.

Workshop recordings, materials, and educational systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

13. DISCLAIMERS

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM:

  • GUARANTEES,

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • PLATFORM AVAILABILITY,

  • SECURITY,

  • ERROR-FREE OPERATION,

  • BUSINESS RESULTS,

  • OR UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS.

USERS ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF THE SERVICES.

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT DAMAGES,

  • CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,

  • LOST PROFITS,

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,

  • LOST DATA,

  • SECURITY BREACHES,

  • AI-GENERATED INACCURACIES,

  • PLATFORM FAILURES,

  • THIRD-PARTY FAILURES,

  • OR RELIANCE ON EDUCATIONAL OR GENERATED CONTENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, contractors, employees, representatives, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • misuse of the Services,

  • violation of these Terms,

  • infringement of intellectual property rights,

  • unauthorized redistribution,

  • unlawful conduct,

  • uploaded content,

  • or reliance on AI-generated outputs.

16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services may contain links or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party content,

  • policies,

  • privacy practices,

  • security,

  • availability,

  • or functionality.

Users interact with third-party services at their own risk.

17. PRIVACY

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Notice.

By using the Services, you consent to our collection and processing of information as described in our Privacy Notice.

18. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

We reserve the right to:

  • suspend accounts,

  • terminate access,

  • revoke purchases,

  • remove content,

  • or restrict functionality
    at our sole discretion and without notice.

Termination may occur for:

  • policy violations,

  • fraud,

  • abuse,

  • unauthorized redistribution,

  • chargebacks,

19. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Users agree to waive:

  • class actions,

  • jury trials,

  • and collective proceedings
    to the extent permitted by law.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated.
